As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for Project Planning, Financial Performance Management, and Contract Administration.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering. With sound experience in the Construction Industry, preferably in commercial fit-out and refurbishment, you will have 2-5 years of experience.

You should have working experience in MS Project, Excel, and Word, with experience in Powpoint, Timberline, and Procore desirable.

In this role, you will oversee financial performance by preparing progress claims, managing cost tracking, and maintaining positive cash flow to exceed margin targets. You will also build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can effectively lead a team, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality results while prioritizing safety protocols and adhering to strict standards.
