Spray Seal Spreader Driver | Job Opportunity in Narangba

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Spray Seal Spreader Driver located in Narangba, QLD.

About the Role
  • Operate and maintain asphalt seal spreader trucks and related equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces for sealing by cleaning and assessing conditions.
  • Apply sealant according to specifications and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Valid HC or MC driver's licence.
  • Chance to upgrade HR licence to HC licence for right candidate.
  • Experience in asphalt spray sealing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of road construction and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
What We Offer
  • Base hourly rate from $33, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super.
  • Working 8 – 12-hour shifts. Day shift 6am – 6pm, night shift 6pm – 6am.
