
Clinic Operations Coordinator

The role of Clinic Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our clinic. This includes managing the clinic schedule, overseeing the team and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust scheduling system
- Lead a high-performing team by providing guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as required
For this role we are seeking an individual who has:
- Proven experience in operations or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This job requires you to manage the daily commercial operations of our clinic. It's a secure, stable, and progressive work environment where you will be responsible for managing the clinic schedule, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering, excellent time management and organisational skills, sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage competing priorities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem solving skills.
Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
