Job Title: Clinic Operations Coordinator

At our clinic in Brighton, Victoria, we are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our administration team as a Clinic Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and extend their administration skills in a friendly and well-supported environment. You will work closely with our therapists and other staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for families, making and managing appointments, collecting patient information, maintaining accurate data entry, building positive relationships with clients, and assisting with administrative tasks relevant to therapy.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong customer service and communication skills, as well as experience with practice management software and Microsoft Office applications.
