Job Title: Retail Security Specialist 

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Retail Security Specialist.

 Job Description:

As a Retail Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing security services at various retail locations. This includes building key relationships with tenants, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, and managing emergency situations.

 

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored security solutions. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current NSW/VIC/SA/WA/ACT/QLD Full Security Licence
  • Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
  • High level problem solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hrs
  • Availability across 7 days / nights
