People Partner Role

We are seeking a strategic partner to contribute at an organisational level as a responsible SME for a HR focus area.

This role involves partnering with business leaders at all levels to deliver our people strategy and support business growth objectives.

  • Execute initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, including strategies to improve diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage people risk and demonstrate challenger-thinking and initiative to 'lift the bar' on HR practice and people outcomes.
  • Accountability for delivery of HR programs, initiatives and cyclical activities.
  • Develop insights from data to diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions to improve productivity across the organisation.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive positive change to improve employee engagement and support the execution of targeted solutions.
About the Role
  • Relevant prior experience in a HR Business Partner / similar role.
  • Effective stakeholder, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • High level oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures and manage change.
