This is a highly strategic and influential role within our organisation. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead the development of our People & Development team, driving impactful solutions that align with business goals.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering and Operations, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will drive the people strategy, ensuring it is embedded across all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, with a proven ability to connect people strategy to business goals. You will be a collaborative leader, with a passion for developing and empowering others, and a strong understanding of Australian employment law.

You will lead a cohesive team of People & Development Managers, Consultants, and Coordinators, inspiring them to deliver best-in-class people solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will also provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
