
Support Homelessness Navigator

We are seeking a skilled professional to work in Wagga Wagga, focusing on building connections between individuals and local services that support those experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness.
The primary goal is to enhance access to primary care and promote well-being. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working with people experiencing homelessness, as well as effective communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working in an environment that prioritises person-centred practice and acceptance
- Managing and prioritising caseloads according to the needs of individuals
- Establishing opportunities for clients to participate in community life and develop wider social networks and connections
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people experiencing homelessness and have a strong understanding of the complex issues surrounding this issue.
