Job Title: Territory Supervisor

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Territory Supervisor in our expanding network across Ballarat and Regional Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To uphold our company mission, values, and vision while serving clients;
  • Lead a team, develop business strategies, run meetings, and set up performance metrics;
  • Perform, monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators;
  • Prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
  • Develop sustainable market-centric campaigns, manage customer databases, and participate in management meetings;
  • Assist with sales campaign processes from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, trustworthiness, and a great sense of humor;
  • Tenacious drive to succeed and sound knowledge of industry acts, legislations, and compliances;
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills and a strong performer in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Agent Representative Certificate;
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (highly preferred);
  • Estate Agent License (highly preferred);
  • Current Police Check Record;
  • Driving License and reliable vehicle.
