Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the company's mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
  • Perform, monitor, report, and analyze as set in KPIs;
  • Prospect, appraise, list, and manage property;
  • Plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
  • Maintain a well-systemized property management division to ensure clients benefit from continued high standards of property management services;
  • Build strong working relations with landlords and tenants and effectively manage all issues related to the management of the property portfolio;
  • Manage customer database;
  • Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings.

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager must have:

  • A can-do and open-to-learning attitude;
  • A great sense of humor;
  • Strong performance in a team environment with proven organizational skills;
  • A tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in property management;
  • Sound knowledge of the industry's acts, legislation, and compliance.

Position Requirements

  • Agent Representative Certificate;
  • Current Police Check Record;
  • Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
