About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Rural Property Sales Director to lead our team and drive sales growth in rural broadacre markets.

This is a key opportunity to leverage your knowledge of local property markets, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.

You will work closely with farming families, agribusiness investors, and local landowners, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored sales strategies and trusted advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets, particularly in rural broadacre sectors.
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
  • Manage online property listings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
  • Represent the company in the community through events and marketing campaigns.

About You:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
  • Holds a Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence (Auctioneer's License desirable).
  • Skillled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Demonstrates values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
