Lead Urban Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urban Development Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our planning, design, economics, and engagement teams, you'll be responsible for leading high-profile urban development projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients across private and government sectors, providing expert advice on urban development and planning strategies.
- Manage project teams, delegate tasks, supervise, and review work to ensure quality outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Qualifications- A degree in Planning or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in urban planning, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we're looking for someone who can bring a solutions-focused mindset to our team. If you have experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects, that's a plus
