Environmental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Health Professional to join our team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in environmental health and contribute to the delivery of project and business as usual activities.
You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of regulated businesses, ensuring compliance with local and state laws, and undertaking investigations relative to state and local regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference in the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong understanding of environmental health legislation, including the Public Health Act and Environmental Protection Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 17.5% annual leave loading.
- Up to 5 weeks annual leave.
- 14 weeks paid parental leave.
- Domestic and family violence leave.
- Natural disaster leave.
