Our vision is to lead the way in delivering exceptional aged care services across Western Australia. As a Service Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of professionals to achieve this goal.

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses a deep understanding of the needs and issues facing older people and their families/carers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing, leading, and developing high-performing teams to reach their full potential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive operational performance, ensuring that our team members are highly engaged, committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients, and exceeding contractual requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality services are provided to older adults and their families/carers.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within Aged Care. You must have a strong business acumen and commercial awareness, as well as extensive knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth policy and funding arrangements.
