Job Title: Area Business Leader

This role is crucial for driving a client-centric approach, fostering high performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. As an Area Business Leader, you will be responsible for achieving performance targets, maintaining retail standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Lead by example with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Drive financial growth through pricing and product offers, optimising controllable expenses
  • Develop and implement annual property-related programmes to enhance office locations and maintain excellent retail standards
  • Manage a team of back-office staff to ensure compliance with quality assurance and timeliness of process

The ideal candidate will be a successful, results-driven leader with experience in operations, forward thinking, and solution-focused. They will demonstrate the ability to set clear goals, provide coaching, and empower teams to achieve organisational strategies.

Key Performance Measures include:

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) target as defined
  • Number of referrals to Special Advisory Services
  • Revenue and Earnings through monthly P&L's, Client Growth and Client Retention
  • Retention of staff within the area annually
  • Audit compliance for Tax Lodgement, Days to Lodgement

This role requires strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse reports and data to achieve financially driven outcomes. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and tax-related processes.
