Operations Area Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Area Leader to join our Customer Fulfillment team. As an Operations Area Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Section Managers and their direct reports, focusing on areas such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Operations Section Managers and their direct reports
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards while promoting a positive culture
  • Develop performance goals and objectives to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with support teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or supply chain logistics management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct analysis on complex processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Operations Section Managers and their direct reports. This includes maintaining Health and Safety standards, developing performance goals and objectives, and collaborating with support teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth delivery of customer orders
