Solicitor Wills And Estates Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our thriving Wills & Estates team, located in a convenient CBD area.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complex documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate are also key aspects of this role.
  • Additionally, the candidate will handle complex estate disputes, including challenging wills and family provision matters.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this position, you must hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate, with at least 2 years' PQE experience, preferably in Wills, Probate & Estates.

You should possess highly-developed organisational skills, allowing you to work independently yet effectively as part of a team-focused environment.

A strong drafting and technical skillset is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
