Our Estate Planning Team is seeking an experienced Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our ranks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate law, with expertise in drafting documents and communicating effectively with clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing estate documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to provide clear advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, as you will need to identify and address potential issues that may arise during the course of a client's estate plan.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Estate related areas - be that one year or more
  • Strong drafting skills - estate documents, correspondence, court documents
  • Excellent client rapport - empathetic, clear communicator, confident in client meetings
  • A collaborative mindset - someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues, can contribute to a positive team culture but also able to work independently
  • Attention to detail - you take pride in getting things right the first time.
