Communications Officer Job Description

This role is a key position in the ACT public services, responsible for managing organisational changes related to business processes, data, and systems across the directorate.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to work across the directorate, contributing to the creation and management of digital content across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering the Intranet, designing workflow management systems, and creating visually appealing content.
  • Collaborating with business units to meet their communication and knowledge management needs.
  • Ensuring content and document management adhere to relevant legislations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Meeting ACT Brand Guardian guidelines and accessibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements:
