Digital Marketing Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, affiliates, SEO, and CRM. They will be responsible for driving and executing digital marketing strategies in line with the company's wider marketing objectives.

Key areas of focus include performance marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliate programs. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in driving qualified traffic, increasing sales, building brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven and cost-effective digital initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement best-practice digital marketing strategies and roadmaps under guidance from senior management.
  • Schedule, launch, and monitor digital campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Criteo, Impact, and other paid platforms via agency partners with potential for transition to in-house activity.
  • Work hands-on in set-up and daily management of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring objectives, conversion goals, creative/terms, and budgets are continually optimised.
  • Execute paid social media strategies through Facebook Business Manager to drive cost-effective sales, grow social audiences, and increase customer engagement - ultimately building brand awareness and market share.
  • Monitor affiliate network on independent platform (Impact), utilising best-practice strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM, and eCommerce teams to develop content calendars and creative that support SEO and digital marketing performance.
  • Assist in compiling digital performance reports and analysing customer data, audience segments, and competitor activity to inform optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams on development of organic social media strategies and consult on best practice activity and community engagement.
  • Regularly test and learn from digital campaigns to maximise awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and assist senior management in identifying potential optimisation opportunities.
  • Maintain and update campaign creative assets across channels aligned with Marketing Calendars.
  • Support briefing content or asset requirements to creative and marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hands-on digital marketing role, preferably in retail or agency environment.
  • Ideal experience working for ecommerce brand or brand with digital focus.
  • Good understanding of key digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO, and CRM.
  • Comfortability working with data to support campaign performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analytical and growth mindset with strong attention to detail and developing sense of commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Confidence using digital tools, with willingness and aptitude to learn new technology.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with ability to interpret key metrics and trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for organising campaign data and supporting reporting tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
  • High levels of autonomy with ability to work collaboratively within team.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors.
