Nurse Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care across our hospitals. Your expertise and passion for nursing will be instrumental in driving access and flow improvements, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered care for patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our hospitals and service teams to drive sustainable access and flow improvements. You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Access and Flow Improvement: Work collaboratively with hospitals and service teams to identify opportunities to improve access and flow, and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Care Coordination: Ensure seamless care coordination between teams to optimize patient outcomes and reduce wait times.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration: Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence in New South Wales.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC): Hold a current Working With Children Check clearance.
