Senior Healthcare Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our digital health initiatives.

This is a key role in shaping the future of healthcare technology and improving patient safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of electronic medical records (eMR). This involves working closely with clinicians, operational and technical teams to ensure eMR functionality and workflows are clinically appropriate, safe, and aligned with policy and best practice.

  • Gathering input from frontline users to inform system design and configuration
  • Translating technical requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborating with technical teams to support system design, configuration, and optimization
  • Facilitating communication across stakeholders to ensure accurate and integrated digital health functionality

This role requires regular travel across the district and occasional travel to other sites in NSW to engage with key stakeholders and support the successful implementation of digital health initiatives.
