We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Mounties Group. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal audit program
- Manage audit assignments and present findings to the Board and management
- Assess risk control management and governance processes
- Perform end-to-end audits and project reviews
- Prepare risk-based internal audit plans
- Facilitate implementation of management action plans
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the Board
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
