Guest Experience Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Office team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining high operational standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment at a supervisor or management level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing a team to achieve excellent results and meet performance targets
  • Knowledge of Opera systems
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
