- Device Resilience & Fault Tolerance: Championing the design and continuous improvement of telematics device performance in various environmental conditions.
- Failure Mode Analysis & Debugging: Diagnosing and reproducing bugs through data log analysis, bench simulations and cross-functional collaboration.
- End-to-End System Monitoring: Collaborating with firmware and DevOps teams to track health, detect anomalies and prevent downtime using data dashboards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role working within telematics and automotive electronic systems.
- Experience investigating and resolving complex field issues involving hardware, firmware and system integration.
