We are seeking an exceptional Senior Dam Engineer to join our Northern Australia Dams Group. This team delivers some of the most complex and high-profile dams and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth and impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of dam projects, including those for various purposes such as municipal, mining, agriculture, and hydropower. This role involves providing technical delivery, focusing on geotechnical, structural, and/or design management skills, which may be applied to dams and/or tailings projects. Additionally, the candidate will participate in client relationship management, business development, proposal development, reports, and technical analysis.

Requirements
  • Post-graduation experience in dams engineering is required; ideally more than 3 years.
  • Chartered RPEQ engineer status is preferred or working towards it.
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications.
  • Familiarity with the design of a broad range of dam types, including embankment and concrete dams.
  • Knowledge of the Queensland dam safety legislation is advantageous.
