We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Northern Australia. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for delivering complex dams projects across the region, working on a variety of water infrastructure schemes including municipal, mining, agriculture and hydropower facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a highly capable and dynamic team environment. You will have the chance to work on a range of dams projects, from conceptual design through to construction and handover, with opportunities to innovate and lead.

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years' post-graduation experience in dams engineering, with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications. Chartered RPEQ engineer status is preferred, but not essential. The successful applicant will also possess strong technical delivery skills, with the ability to apply geotechnical, structural and/or design management skills to dams and/or tailings projects.

As a valued member of our team, you will participate actively in client relationship management, business development and proposal writing. You will have opportunities to develop client relationships and business development skills under mentorship from experienced team leaders and senior engineers.

The successful candidate will be involved in a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Delivering complex dams projects across Northern Australia
  • Working on a variety of water infrastructure schemes including municipal, mining, agriculture and hydropower facilities
  • Applying geotechnical, structural and/or design management skills to dams and/or tailings projects
  • Participating actively in client relationship management, business development and proposal writing
