Senior Legal Counsel - Property Transactions Expertise

About the Role:

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and provide strategic support on property-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and be supported by the Legal Counsel while gaining significant exposure to the wider business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support on property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify potential risks and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and minimize risks.
