Customer Success Lead



We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to deliver long-term customer strategies, drive adoption and retention, and build healthy relationships with key decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer success plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices, improving process quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies based on customer goals and needs.
  • Drive upsell revenue through new product feature adoption and expanded usage.
  • Manage complaints and proactively address feedback to improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the technology industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
