Customer Success Lead
We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to deliver long-term customer strategies, drive adoption and retention, and build healthy relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer success plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices, improving process quality and efficiency.
- Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans as needed.
- Develop and execute retention strategies based on customer goals and needs.
- Drive upsell revenue through new product feature adoption and expanded usage.
- Manage complaints and proactively address feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the technology industry.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
