About Our Marketing Team

We're seeking a skilled professional to fill this challenging Communications role within our organisation's Marketing Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive organisational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
  • Create regular reports and analyse communication activities to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure coverage and partnerships
  • Assist in crisis communication management, including drafting statements and coordinating responses
  • Help manage the organisation's social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers
  • Coordinate and organise events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing
  • Liaise with advertising companies to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters, and other materials as required alongside our graphic designers

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
