We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our company. This role is key to developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

About the Role:

This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing regular reports with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (or, in the absence of formal qualifications, at least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role).
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign development and data-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, social media scheduling tools).
