Marketing and Communications Professional

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital and social strategy.
This is a great chance to work alongside marketing professionals, operations, sales, finance, and café staff to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. They should be organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and contribute fresh ideas to team brainstorms and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support campaign rollouts, events, and social media planning
- Coordinate content, assets, approvals, and reporting
- Keep marketing calendars, insights, and trackers on point
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Creative, curious, and detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Organized and proactive nature, able to manage multiple priorities
- Early-stage marketing/communications experience or relevant study
This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment. We are open to how the 22 hours per week are worked - either across 3 full days or 5 shorter days, depending on your commitments.
