About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Employer Brand Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our reputation as the employer of choice for veterinary professionals and clinic-support talent across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure it is evidence-based, differentiated, and resonates with diverse talent segments.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to plan, optimise, and execute recruitment campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of authentic content to showcase life at our organisation.
  • Promote employee-referral schemes with compelling collateral and regular storytelling across the business.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Marketing teams and external creative/media agencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in employer branding or related consumer marketing roles.
  • A proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, with strong expertise in analytics tools.
  • Experience in content production and storytelling across social platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and external agencies.
