About the Company
Davidson is proud to partner with a leading financial services organisation seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative within their Wrap Servicing division.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of business and technology readiness for a Wrap Servicing team. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure the successful implementation of servicing capabilities for a new partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and implementation activities across business and technology teams.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new servicing functions.
Align business design with internal stakeholders and external partner requirements.
Manage business analysis efforts and ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
Translate client insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Drive detailed project planning, including the use of AI in business design.
Manage project status reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee change management and implementation activities including testing and readiness.
About You
Significant experience in project management across large, complex initiatives within the finance industry.
Mandatory experience with WRAP platforms in superannuation or investment servicing.
Strong leadership experience across both business and technology teams.
Background in business design and process improvement.
Wealth industry knowledge (superannuation and investments).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
