Lead Educator Position

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a qualified Lead Educator to guide the learning journey of children in their care, leading by example and creating a nurturing environment.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative programs tailored to children's unique needs, fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues, and collaborating during team-building activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to diverse child needs.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and your team, promoting a sense of community.
  • Participate in collaborative planning and staff meetings, contributing to the development of high-quality early education programs.
  • Lead with compassion, positivity, and resilience to inspire those around you.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Blue Card and first aid certification or willingness to obtain them.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety or willingness to obtain them.
  • A proactive spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, and a desire to grow within the team.
