About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our suicide prevention program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and participating in initiatives, collaborating with the General Manager to maintain governance standards, and overseeing the overall operations of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve program objectives;
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery;
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in operational management, preferably in a related field;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian Mining industry and its key stakeholders;
  • A mature mindset and professional interaction skills;
  • Experience in leadership and mental health or related sectors is desirable.
