  3. Uplift release and deployment frameworks, processes, and documentation in line with ITIL and APS best practice.
  4. Provide strategic governance and oversight across complex ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational readiness.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on release risks, dependencies, and impacts.
  6. Engage, support, and coach delivery teams to embed consistent and auditable release practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record leading ICT release management at enterprise level.
  • Experience uplifting frameworks, documentation, and automated release practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and interdependent program delivery.
  • Excellent ability to engage with senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • PMO/governance experience in major programs.
  • Understanding of public sector ICT accountability and assurance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of security and operational readiness requirements.
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid enterprise platforms.
