Job Title:

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Specialist to oversee ICT-related procurements in line with government frameworks. The chosen candidate will execute procurement activities using best practices and sound judgment, identifying, managing, and mitigating procurement risks to meet organisational obligations and optimise business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead ICT-related procurements in accordance with government frameworks
  • Conduct procurement activities using best practices and sound judgment
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate procurement risks to meet organisational obligations and optimise business outcomes
  • Provide high-level advice on procurement-related matters across the organisation
  • Work flexibly and apply critical thinking within a team experiencing change
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Government procurement
  • Sound knowledge and application of procurement frameworks including PGPA Act and CPR
  • Ability to manage end-to-end ICT procurement processes including software renewals and ICT labour hire
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Effective record management and shared mailbox handling
