Demand Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our global planning team.

This pivotal role involves maintaining accurate forecasts, aligning production plans with business needs, and ensuring timely stock availability across international operations.

  • Manage demand and supply for assigned product categories across multiple global markets.
  • Maintain and update rolling 18-month forecasts using Excel and S&OP inputs.
  • Lead demand planning meetings to ensure alignment across Commercial, Marketing, and Production teams.
  • Place weekly replenishment orders based on forecasted demand and production capacity.
  • Liaise with factories and suppliers to communicate forecast changes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and own key KPIs including DIFOT, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 2-3 years' experience in demand/supply planning.
