Public Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Public Affairs Officer at IIQAF. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping public perception and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote our organization's objectives and initiatives
- Create engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Proactively monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to identify opportunities and challenges
- Serve as a spokesperson for our organization, effectively conveying our key messages and responding to inquiries from the media and the public
- Coordinate and execute outreach events, such as press conferences and community forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in public affairs or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic communication plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Familiarity with public relations practices and media relations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
