About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while growing your career in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities
  • Helping clients achieve their individual goals and enhance their independence
  • Documenting daily progress and reporting any concerns
  • Working collaboratively with care teams and other staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months work experience as a support worker in Australia
  • Completed Cert 3/4 Individual Support/Disability or equivalent
  • Must be available for morning, afternoon, sleepover shifts and active nights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check number
  • Current Medication Administration Certificate and evidence of 6-months experience
  • Fully vaccinated with Covid vaccination/Booster and Flu
  • Manual Handling Certificate and evidence of 6-months experience
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Drivers licence with reliable transport
