Client Services Officer Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to develop existing and new business with environmental clients. You will be working as part of a team that strives to meet client requirements and provide excellent customer service.

  • Establish strong relationships through regular communication.
  • Manage general inbox and respond to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Investigate, advise, and resolve client issues.
  • Promote ALS services via phone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Implement projects administration efficiently.
  • Daily monitor work orders and communicate with senior lab production staff.
  • Ensure adherence to client-supplied program information.
  • Interact with regulators and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Market the services of the laboratory through phone and face-to-face contact.
  • Assist the client services team with tenders and quotes.

About You:

  • A science or technical background would be advantageous.
  • You should be able to adapt and prioritize your workload effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Good planning and organization skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving skills are expected.
