About the Role
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
About You
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of central plant and chiller systems, along with other mechanical services and installation standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licenses, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
