Senior HVAC Operations Leader

The role of a seasoned Senior HVAC Operations Leader is sought for a reputable commercial HVAC business in Sydney. This key leadership position will oversee a dedicated team, driving service delivery standards, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business through technical and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of field technicians, account managers, and administrative staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Act as the go-to technical support contact for the team and key clients, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance, drive team culture, and implement best practices.
  • Assist with quoting, tender submissions, and solution design for new and existing projects, leveraging technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior HVAC operations or management role, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Air Conditioning & Refrigeration TAFE Cert 3, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to be involved in both technical and commercial activities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing staff and coordinating service delivery, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
