Job Title: Project Director - HVAC Operations

As a seasoned leader in the HVAC industry, you will oversee and manage all aspects of complex projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

  • Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and challenges that may impact project delivery, implementing effective strategies to address them
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex HVAC projects, with a deep understanding of construction methods, technologies, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex HVAC projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
