**HVAC Operations Manager**We're seeking a results-driven HVAC Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of service and maintenance contracts across key commercial assets in Sydney's CBD.
  • Lead and support our team of HVAC technicians, ensuring smooth scheduling and driving performance through regular reviews and clear goals.
  • Oversee work-in-progress tracking, ensure timely invoicing, and deliver accurate quotes and small project pricing.
  • Build strong relationships, act as the primary contact for key accounts, and ensure service meets service level agreements.
  • Maintain health and safety registers, manage training records, and ensure all site documentation is up-to-date.
  • Utilize SimPRO to manage job data, reporting, forecasting, and labor planning across multiple sites.
**About You**
  • A background in HVAC service/maintenance with leadership experience.
  • A strong understanding of work-in-progress management, quoting, billing, and client liaison.
  • Proficient in SimPRO (or similar job management software).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Driven, organized, and client-focused with a commitment to quality.
