About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our capital strategy initiatives. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts and investor engagement across various channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with our product offerings and institutional investor appetite.
  • Leverage relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) to accelerate equity and capital commitments.

Investor Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely responses, transparency, and high service standards.
  • Prepare and present investment materials, pitch decks, detailed financial models, and updates to investors.

Process & Tracking Ownership
  • Implement effective systems and trackers to monitor fundraising campaigns, investor touchpoints, timelines, commitments, and next steps.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the President and executive team.

Thought Leadership & Market Insight
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging capital sources, and RIA market dynamics.
  • Share market intelligence and positioning insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in a capital or fundraising role, preferably in real estate, private equity, or alternative asset management.
  • A proven track record of raising capital through RIA networks and institutional channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Finance, Legal, Development, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams to support fundraising and capital markets initiatives.
