About the Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned executive to lead our fundraising and investor engagement efforts across various channels, including Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) networks and institutional investors.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive fundraising initiatives through RIA networks and institutional channels.
  • Leverage existing relationships with RIAs to accelerate equity commitments and expand our investor base.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality investment materials, pitch decks, and financial models that meet investor expectations.

Key Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in a capital or fundraising role within the real estate, private equity, or alternative asset management sectors.
  • A proven track record of raising capital through RIA networks and institutional channels, demonstrating expertise in building strong relationships and driving successful fundraising campaigns.

Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narrative-driven investment recommendations and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple live fundraising efforts and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent time management and follow-through skills.
