Main Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of support strategy implementation.
- Providing guidance and leadership to the Support Worker team.
- Maintaining a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.
- Administration of supported independent living services, including administrative functions.
About You:
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly regarded.
- Certification Level 4 or higher in a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is highly valued.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
