Join a purpose-driven organisation as an ANZ Business Development Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new customers and building high-value client relations across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will identify opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and win transformative deals that bring our world-class assessment platform to new organisations. Your focus will be on creating momentum—turning conversations into opportunities, opportunities into deals, and deals into long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with product, marketing, and solutions experts to shape strategies that position us as the go-to partner for digital transformation in education and professional credentialing. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by growth targets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a tangible impact on the future of education through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business acquisition across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific by identifying, prospecting and converting new opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach and qualification through to pitching, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our technology.
  • Leverage regional partners to align resources and strategies on joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer success teams to create winning proposals and ensure seamless post-sale handover.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in education software sales at an enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B software sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of digital assessment technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
